I have owned my spa and salon for 13 years in Florida. I was introduced to International Academy one year ago. During that time I have hired four graduates of the Academy. In my 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have found that the graduates of the International Academy demonstrate a superior knowledge of technical skills and a solid foundation of professionalism. I am proud to say that the International Academy has set a higher standard of learning for the beauty industry. Whenever I have an open position in my spa, I call the administrators at the International Academy for a referral of recent graduates. Of the interviews I’ve conducted with International’s graduates, I’ve hired every one of them. They have proven to be some of the best in the industry.

International Academy provided me with a strong educational and professional foundation in which I have been able to build upon. My goal has been to elevate myself and others to new levels of success and to show cosmetology graduates that anything is possible in our industry.

With the education I received from International I quickly advanced in the industry. After graduation I quickly surpassed colleagues in my salon and moved into management after six months. After only three years I was able to open my own salon which has been very successful. All of this has been possible because of International Academy!

I have no one else to Thank other then Mez and International Academy for my success today! After graduating I spent one year working for Hair Cuttery building a clientele and getting more experience. The skills I acquired at International gave me complete confidence and set me apart from many I’ve worked with! Since then I work alongside with my sister and other great girls, as a booth renter in our super cute and fun salon, The Loft. This is my career I absolutely Love my job, I’m able to support my family. Again thank you Mez and International for making my dream come true!
