Before I came to International Academy I was working a job that was both physically and mentally draining. I came to International Academy and fell in love with not only the facilities but also the staff. The teachers and administrators really care about their students and want them to succeed. The difference I found in this school vs. others was that at International we were like a family. I completed both the massage and skin programs and was prepared to go out into the real world. I graduated and obtained a great job in the same week. I chalk that up to the skills I learned at International Academy.

I am now the proud owner of Serenity Salon & Spa an 1800 square foot facility in St. Augustine, Florida. I really owe all of this to International Academy for giving me the education that allowed me to make this dream come true.

I searched for six months looking for a school where I could learn cosmetology and fully learn esthetics in the same place. When I finally found International Academy, I thought it was too good to be true. The Administration was so caring and attentive to anything that I needed to make my transition to Daytona and into school as easy as possible. Also, the facilities at International Academy are amazing! The equipment and products that we trained with are of the highest quality. The equipment in the school spa is more up-to-date and high-tech than many of the professional spas out there today. I feel like International Academy has thoroughly prepared me to be one of the best in the beauty industry!

Hair has always been a great passion of mine, and when I knew cosmetology was the career I wanted to pursue, I looked long and hard for a loyal school. I found the perfect one, International Academy! So, I packed up my bags from Chicago and moved down to Florida. I learned great skills in coloring and cutting and had lots of feed back from all of the great, knowledgeable teachers. I have now been doing hair for 5 years and am having great success!
