Before I came to International Academy I was working a job that was both physically and mentally draining. I came to International Academy and fell in love with not only the facilities but also the staff. The teachers and administrators really care about their students and want them to succeed. The difference I found in this school vs. others was that at International we were like a family. I completed both the massage and skin programs and was prepared to go out into the real world. I graduated and obtained a great job in the same week. I chalk that up to the skills I learned at International Academy.

As a veteran to the skincare and spa industry, I have collaborated and worked with thousands of estheticians worldwide. Many of them have graduated from the International Academy in Daytona Beach and speak very highly of the stellar education they obtained. I believe this school is one of the leading educational facilities in the US.

I searched for six months looking for a school where I could learn cosmetology and fully learn esthetics in the same place. When I finally found International Academy, I thought it was too good to be true. The Administration was so caring and attentive to anything that I needed to make my transition to Daytona and into school as easy as possible. Also, the facilities at International Academy are amazing! The equipment and products that we trained with are of the highest quality. The equipment in the school spa is more up-to-date and high-tech than many of the professional spas out there today. I feel like International Academy has thoroughly prepared me to be one of the best in the beauty industry!

Being an active octogenarian I enrolled at the International Academy, a private school, graduated, and obtained my state license as an esthetician. IA is a fabulous school, providing interesting classes, patient teachers, and an overall pleasant [experience]. I have been actively working in a salon in Florida and loving every minute of it.
