Field Trip to the Stables: Exploring Equine Grooming & Hoof Care

Students in the Dog Grooming Program are invited to a special field trip to a local horse stable for a close up look in professional equine grooming. This outing provides an opportunity to observe grooming large animals, including a demonstration of hoof maintenance and the re-shoeing process.
