Our Academy, located in beautiful Daytona, Florida, has been educating future beauty professionals for over 40 years. We offer several program options that could get you one step closer to a rewarding career in cosmetology, skincare, barbering, or massage therapy
Our Start Dates
Here at International Academy, we understand that life gets busy. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling options, like evening classes, full-time and part-time schedules. Our classes start every other Monday, except for the following holidays: May 31, Memorial Day, July 5, Independence Day, September 6, Labor Day.
Those weeks, classes start on Tuesday, the day after the holiday.
Admission Requirements
Students who apply at International Academy need to meet the following requirements:
- All applicants must be beyond the age of compulsory education which is sixteen (16) years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
When enrolling with us, we request that you do a personal interview with one of our admission representatives, parents and spouses are encouraged to attend. This allows applicants and their families to get to know us better. You’ll be able to see the school’s facilities and ask questions you may have. Contact us to schedule your tour with us!
When enrolling with us, the following documents must be submitted:
- Voter’s Registration Card, U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Drivers License or Picture ID
