The following items must be completed and submitted prior to the start date of which you are accepted for:
- Select Start Date
- Proof of graduation from high school or equivalency (Official transcripts or copy of high school diploma) or passing the Wonderlic ATB for applicable programs.
- Application/Enrollment Agreement (parent or guardian signature required if applicant is under the age of 18.)
- Proof of Citizenship-Birth Certificate, Passport or Voter’s Registration Card
- Social Security Card
- Drivers License or Picture ID
- $100.00 Enrollment Fee
The school reserves the right to reject applicants if the items listed above are not successfully completed. All documents should be submitted well in advance to the selected start date for acceptance into your program of choice.
Within the enrollment process, students are encouraged to contact the Financial Aid Department for a personal appointment to discuss funding your program.
